Studio Booking Form

To view the availability of the studios please use the menu to the left.

Students may book a maximum of 3 hours in any one studio per day and 6 hours in any one studio per week. If you wish to make advanced booking for longer than 3 hours please state your reasons in the request box below.

Conservatoire opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 06:15 - 21:30
Saturday - Sunday 08:00 - 19:00

All Bookings must be made 7 days in advance
Bookings can only be taken for the current term.


You must be a Music Tech student to book a studio, if you are not a Music Tech student and wish to use a studio you MUST have a Music Tech student book it on your behalf and be in attendance to assist you while you are using the studio and equipment.
