Please keep a copy of the form for your own records.  You should receive an acknowledgement within a few days of receipt (this may be longer at Christmas and Easter).  Hard copy receipts will be provided upon arrival.

Forms returned after Friday 16 May 2008 will incur a 10% late booking fee.

EVENING MEALS

Evening meals are not provided at the conference venue.  There are numerous restaurants and food outlets within walking distance of Birmingham Conservatoire, catering for a wide range of tastes and budgets.  An informal guide will be provided with the delegate pack.
